Cancellation Policy

We’re so excited to bring unforgettable Italian flavors to your home! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our booking policy: ✅ Booking & Payment A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received and the menu is finalized. 🕒 Changes & Cancellations We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always try to accommodate small adjustments. However, no cancellations or refunds are allowed within 7 days of the scheduled event. Changes to the guest count or menu must be finalized at least 5 days in advance. ⚠️ Last-Minute Rescheduling Rescheduling within 7 days may be possible on a case-by-case basis but is not guaranteed and may include a fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. 📍 Travel & Setup Events within 20 miles of Boston include free travel.
